Employment and the environment research project: national call for evidence

Participants of Recycling Lives project working in a recycling centre

A new research project has begun to raise knowledge and understanding of the role of the environment in helping people progress towards and into work; return to work; and to stay in work. The project, which has been set up by the Cornwall Works ESF Technical Assistance project, is asking for contributions of evidence of practice and experience from organisations across the country, including those running ESF projects.

Contributions, which should respond directly to a set of questions set out in information linked to below, are requested by not later than noon on 26 April 2013.

The intention is to bring this evidence together into one place on the Cornwall Works website so that the broad body of practice can be shared both with organisations that are already delivering this type of intervention, and more widely.
