What do I need?

This page explains:

The service will tell you what personal information you need after you have logged on and chosen a benefit.

You should turn off any pop-up blocker software. Please refer to the instructions or help menu on your pop-up blocker software if you need help to turn it off.

For your security, your browser must use a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer connection (SSL). If your browser cannot use SSL, you may need to upgrade it.

You can use this service on any suitable computer – it does not have to be your own. You do not need an email address to use this service.

If you cannot use this service you can use one of the alternative routes we provide for making a claim or application.

Operating systems and browsers

The service is not currently available using Macs or other Unix based systems even though you may be able to input information.

To print a copy of your transaction

Get Adobe Reader software. This links to an external site.To print a copy of your transaction you will need to use Adobe Reader 6 or higher – available free of charge. If you use screen reader software or an audio‑enabled web browser, Adobe provides a free online tool that converts PDF documents to text.

Cookies

Your browser must have cookies enabled. This service uses session cookies to improve your experience of the service. Session cookies do not contain any personal information about you and they are deleted when you leave the site.
