businesses
- Have you considered installing lowered counters at merchandise points (for
example, cash desks and service areas)? The lowered part should not exceed
800mm.
- If you provide fitting rooms can you make one large enough for a wheelchair? Include somewhere to sit in at least one fitting room.
- Can you personalise your service by providing personal shopping, home delivery or online and telephone ordering?
- Is a member of staff available to help customers if they ask?
- Have you considered putting popular lines on easily accessible shelves?
