What do you think of our service?
At the Compensation Recovery Unit, we want to give you the best service we can. Your views are important to us and will help us to improve our service. We will:
- Listen to what you have to say and use the information to improve our service.
- Put things right as quickly as possible when they are wrong.
- Publish information about how we have changed our services as a result of comments we have received.
We guarantee:
- We will treat you fairly and make sure that any comment or complaint does not affect the service we give you.

Our Customer Charter tells you about the standard of service you can expect from us.
