Applying for a Review
Compensators and injured persons, or their representatives, can ask for a review of any aspect of a CRB at any time before the case reaches final settlement and payment of recoverable benefits has been made.
Compensators and injured persons, or their representatives, can ask for a review of any aspect of a statement or a certificate of NHS charges at any time. (For incidents or injuries which occur on or after 29 January 2007, please refer to part 11.1 for more information regarding Review of a certificate of NHS charges).
