The Occupational Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2013

This consultation sought views on changes to regulations which affect defined benefit workplace pension schemes.
One change relates to formerly contracted-out schemes that wish to make a change to their scheme rules. Other changes affect bulk transfer of scheme membership and accrued rights without member consent, and ensure transfers can be made to pension schemes both within and outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
