Workplace pension reform: consultation on draft regulations and guidance

This consultation document sought views on new draft regulations relating to the Government’s workplace pension reforms – the Automatic Enrolment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2011 and the Automatic Enrolment (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2011.
Also included in the consultation were two draft Orders in Council, relating to offshore workers and compromise agreements respectively, and draft guidance for persons certifying pension schemes.

The Government published its response to this consultation on 1 February 2012.
