This consultation sought views on the effect of amending Regulation 5 of The Pension Schemes (Investment) Regulations 2005 (“The Investment Regulations”) to exempt NEST Corporation’s borrowing in relation to the costs of set up and administration of the scheme from the restrictions imposed by that regulation.
