Consultation description

In this consultation the Department for Work and Pensions sought views on a draft statutory instrument that would make amendments to existing regulations governing the payment of pension compensation by the Board of the Pension Protection Fund and the collection of the pension protection levy.

The consultation was primarily aimed at employers, pension scheme administrators, trustees, managers and pensions industry professionals, but the government was interested in views from any source.

The consultation is now closed. It ran from 26 October 2009 to 15 January 2010.
