In this consultation the Department for Work and Pensions seeks views on a draft statutory instrument that makes amendments to existing regulations governing the payment of pension compensation by the Board of the Pension Protection Fund and the collection of the pension protection levy.

The consultation is primarily aimed at employers, pension scheme administrators, trustees, managers and pensions industry professionals, but we would be interested in views from any source.
