[*With effect from 3 November 2008 the functions of the Social Security Commissioners were transferred by statute to the Administrative Appeals Chamber of the newly created Upper Tribunal, the Social Security and Child Support Commissioners became Judges of the Upper Tribunal and the Chief Commissioner became Acting Chamber President.]

The current amendment number is ISSUE 4 (2009-2010) and incorporates all new reported decisions selected by the Commissioners and Upper Tribunal Judges up to December 2009.
