Local Authority Omnibus Survey Wave 12

This report presents findings from the 12th wave of the Local Authority (LA) Omnibus Survey. The survey takes place every six months and attempts to survey Housing Benefit managers in all 408 LAs. This wave of the survey included questions on:

  • Jobcentre Plus Customer Management System (CMS).
  • Supported Housing.
  • Discretionary Housing Payments (DHPs).
  • Use of Intelligence services for detecting fraud.
  • Adjustments to claim processes and housing stock for disabled people.
  • Royal Mail Do Not Redirect service.
