The Journal of Occupational Psychology, Employment and Disability is published twice a year by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

It contains articles written by DWP psychologists as well as non-DWP professionals working in the field of employment and disability.

The Journal aims to increase the understanding of applying Occupational Psychology to employment and disability, and provides a forum for sharing good practice.

The articles include case studies, research projects and examples of good practice, as well as psychometric tests and book reviews. The Standpoint section is specifically designed to promote contemporary discussion within the field.

The Editorial Team of the Journal is keen to encourage contributions from individuals outside DWP and to extend the readership to interested and related groups outside DWP. These groups may include:
