Customer leaflet
Use the leaflet as part of your own publicity to make customers aware of the benefits they can get as they go back to, and remain in, work. Display them in reception areas, insert them in customer mailings, or hand them out in interviews.

Adviser factsheets
These factsheets provide key messages to include when advising your customers about Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit, other support and making the move into work. Refer to them in your day to day job, use them as induction materials for new staff or insert them in delegate packs in your own workshops and events.
