Quick guides for partners: improving our service through partners
DWP established the Partnerships Pathfinder Programme to help us to size face to face services, to build partners’ understanding of the channels available through which to access DWP benefits, and to understand the opportunities arising from planning the delivery of public services across a community.
As part of the Programme we have developed the following “quick guides” with our partners in Buckinghamshire, Brent and the Isle of Wight. They aim to aid and support partners when completing applications for welfare benefits, support customers to be prepared for contact with the Department and to support wider access routes to telephony and digital channels.
- Access to DWP Services (59KB)

- Working with Partnership Managers (49KB)

- How to Access Benefits Via Directgov (248KB)
