National Partnership Team
The role of the national Partnership Team is to establish partnerships which are mutually beneficial to our shared customers and our respective organisations.
We aim to support you by:
- identifying and understanding what your needs are
- helping you provide better advice and help to your customers about DWP benefits
- establishing communications and referral arrangements to help you to help your customers get the DWP benefits and services they need quickly and efficiently
- addressing your feedback on performance issues or ideas for service improvements
- keeping you informed and helping you get ready for upcoming changes to the welfare system.
Our current priorities:
- To focus on reaching out better to the most vulnerable and serve those with an unmet need.
- To help partners and their customers understand the best channels for them to use to access our services for their particular circumstances.
- To help partners to be efficient and prioritise vulnerable groups.
- To help to educate partners by supporting and enabling them to access services appropriately which vulnerable groups need.
