Keep in touch with DWP
The Department manages its relations with customer representatives in a number of ways. We help you keep in touch with developments in the Department through our:
Forums and groups
We run a series of forums where we meet customer representatives, advisers, intermediaries and other professionals.
The DWP Equality Schemes Customer Reference Group helps the DWP to involve customers and acts as a consultative group in the development the Department’s equality schemes.
The Jobcentre Plus Customer Representative Group Forum enables Jobcentre Plus to consult with and receive feedback from key customer groups on benefit delivery and customer service issues.
The Pension, Disability and Carers Service Advisory Forum enables PDCS to consult with and seek feedback from its customer groups.
E-zines
"Touchbase" is the Department for Work and Pensions monthly e-zine for advisers, intermediaries and other professionals. It replaces the quarterly Touchbase magazine from October 2010.
Pension, Disability and Carers Service (PDCS) "In the Know" e-zine includes a round up of changes that PDCS is planning to deliver in the short and long term. It also tells you about any partnership activities happening at a national, regional and local level.
