We currently employ over 100,000 people within DWP and our customer delivery businesses, providing a range of services, pensions and benefits to millions of people every week with a turnover of over £100 billion a year.

We offer a wide range of career opportunities for senior civil servants at Board level, for Directors and Deputy Directors. DWP is probably the only organisation where you could have extremely different careers every few years, ranging from law to communications to HR to IT to policy formation.
