Employer Engagement Target 2008 to 2009

Target: 92%

What is this target?

This target measures how well we deliver our services to employers. Our target for 2008–09 is to achieve 92% in the delivery of services to employers according to the standards we have set for our business.

How does it work?

This target is measured under three headings:

Measure Contribution How it is measured
Outcome 70% Percentage of employers who respond ‘yes’ in a telephone questionnaire to: A) was the vacancy filled? B) was the vacancy filled in a timescale that met your needs?
Timeliness Overall 15% 5% Online vacancy taking service availability.
The percentage of time the online service is available to users.
10% Telephone vacancy taking service availability. The percentage of calls answered against calls received.
Accuracy / Professionalism 15% Percentage is calculated by measuring the responses given during calls to the telephone based vacancy taking service advisors using pres-set questions.

These three elements make up the overall national target of 92%.

Employer Engagement Target data is updated each quarter (April – June, July – September, October – December, January – March).
