Targets and performance
Jobcentre Plus's main targets are agreed with the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, and published in the annual business plan. These targets are designed to improve overall productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
We aim to publish monthly target and performance information by the end of each calendar month.
We aim to publish quarterly target and performance information by the end of each calendar month following each quarter.
