Wales partnerships
Jobcentre Plus works in partnership with a wide range of public, private and voluntary organisations throughout Wales, including employers, Welsh Assembly Government, Welsh Local Government Association, Local Authorities, and a range of voluntary sector organisations who represent customers who we serve.
We will work especially closely with employers and partners that share our commitment to help people (who are at particular disadvantage) in our Labour Market.
We support and provide information to employers in recruitment or redundancy situations. Also we can act as a source of information relating to Jobcentre Plus initiatives and priorities in Wales.
We are always keen to speak with partners who will work with us to help support the needs of people in Wales.
An example of our approach to working effectively with partners is our bi-annual Customer Representative Group meeting, where we are able to share information and ideas that keep customers informed of changes or key initiatives linked to Jobcentre Plus in Wales. Our Customer Representative Group is a cross cutting group representing he views of a diverse range of customers.
Jobcentre Plus in Wales is organised into four geographical Districts:
We have External Relations Teams working with employers and partners located in these areas.
