Wales Disability Benefit Centre (DBC) provides outreach for the whole of Wales.
We are also responsible for the Customer Service provided by Wales DBC.
Wales DBC now also processes new applications for DLA for disabled people in Tees Valley and County Durham (postcodes TS, DH and DL). You can read more information about this change on the Newcastle page.

Claim clearance
The National Audit Office has agreed national targets for the clearance of all claims for Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and Attendance Allowance (AA). The table below shows:
- national achievements last year – 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008
- national targets for this year – 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009
- national achievements so far this year
- local achievements last year
- local achievements so far this year.
All the information is in working days. All the achieved so far figures are for the complete year 1 April 2008 to 30 September 2008.

Complaints
If a customer complains because they are not satisfied with our service, our target for replying to the complaint is seven working days.
