Outreach events and local information

The outreach programme allows us to speak directly to our customers and their representatives. It also provides an opportunity for us to meet and talk to advisers from various external organisations.

This helps us ensure that consistent, up-to-date information and messages are reaching the right people at the right time. We also get direct feedback to help improve our services. There is no charge for any of our outreach services.
