Outreach events and local information
DCS has a network of Customer Service Managers responsible for delivering the Outreach programme.
The Outreach programme allows us to speak directly to our customers and their representatives, and it also lets us meet and talk to advisers from various external organisations.
This helps us ensure that consistent, up-to-date information and messages are reaching the right people at the right time. We also get direct feedback to help improve our services.
