Other improvements that we are exploring
Partnership working
DCS is currently working closely with other DWP agencies and voluntary and community organisations to improve the customer and representative experience.
We are currently looking at extending The Pension Service visiting service to all DCS customers regardless of age.
We are also working with The Pension Service to review the current alternative office structure and processes to improve consistency and efficiency for all parties.
Closer working with Jobcentre Plus is also helping us improve how we share information between agencies.
Clearer information
We aim to support third party representatives with clearer information, such as improved Customer Notifications with Reason letter and clearer claim forms.
